WILDER, Mr. George R.
Kalamazoo, MI Died Saturday evening December 29, 2007. George was born November 19, 1933 in Younkers, New York a son of George and Marjorie Page Wilder. During the Korean Conflict, he served with the U.S. Army. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident for 42 years and was employed with the Coca-Cola Company for 33, years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of Haven Reformed Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Stephanie Howell; and a mother-in-law, Beatrice Soderberg. On June 25, 1954, he was united in marriage to Jacquline K. Peterson Wilder who survives. Also surviving, 5 children, Kevin Barb Wilder and Karen Andy Selner Wilder all of Kalamazoo, Kella Howell of Florida, Kyle Stacy Wilder of East Leroy, and Kim Bill Netzel of Illinois; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and special friends, Sherry Julian and Bob Carper both of Kalamazoo. Services will be held 11 o?clock Thursday at Haven Reformed Church, 5350 North 25th St. Visitation will be 2- 4 and 6-8pm Wednesday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Comstock Chapel, 6121 King Highway.
