Kalamazoo, MI Died Saturday evening December 29, 2007. George was born November 19, 1933 in Younkers, New York a son of George and Marjorie Page Wilder. During the Korean Conflict, he served with the U.S. Army. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident for 42 years and was employed with the Coca-Cola Company for 33, years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of Haven Reformed Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Stephanie Howell; and a mother-in-law, Beatrice Soderberg. On June 25, 1954, he was united in marriage to Jacquline K. Peterson Wilder who survives. Also surviving, 5 children, Kevin Barb Wilder and Karen Andy Selner Wilder all of Kalamazoo, Kella Howell of Florida, Kyle Stacy Wilder of East Leroy, and Kim Bill Netzel of Illinois; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and special friends, Sherry Julian and Bob Carper both of Kalamazoo. Services will be held 11 o?clock Thursday at Haven Reformed Church, 5350 North 25th St. Visitation will be 2- 4 and 6-8pm Wednesday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Comstock Chapel, 6121 King Highway. Interment will be in Ft. Custer National Cemetery with full military honors. Memorials may be directed to Shalom, Inc., 6191 N.
