Passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010. George was born June 27, 1960 in Wyandotte, MI and was raised in Trenton, MI the son of George and Margaret Corbett Eskro. George was a former Treasurer for MASEA Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers and became a National Student Employment Essentials SEE trainer in 2009, traveling around the country training new student employment administrators. He was a devoted husband, father and brother. His commitment to his faith in Christ and family were evident to all. He spent devoted time with Lisa and took part in his three daughters' lives by attending their many athletic and artistic events. He took great joy and pride in attending their concerts, and attending the recent musical at Mattawan High School where Caitlin is an actor in the chorus and Alysha plays in the pit band. Watching Caitlin ride horses and sharing a common love for ESPN SportsCenter were bonding moments for them. He also loved watching Hannah play soccer and recently taught her to ski. George loved his family and extended family and enjoyed getting together with his sisters, nieces and nephews. He loved to make them laugh and played an occasional practical joke. Family games and time together were greatly enjoyed and cherished. He served as an elder and small group leader at Agape Christian Church where his relationships and friendships with fellow believers were very special and important to him.
