ELDRED, Frank B.
Comstock Frank passed away December 30, 2014 at age 76, with his family at his bedside. He was born September 30, 1938 in Kalamazoo. On May 14, 1960, he was united in marriage to the love of his life Patricia Kay, who passed away in 2012. Frank served in the U.S. Army from December of 1955 until honorably discharged in December of 1958. Surviving are their 6 children, Joel Denise Eldred, Robin "Susie" Eldred, Ronnie Pam Eldred, Laura McKernan, Kelli Eldred, and James "Jamie" Shirley Eldred, 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Joan Wadsworth, Aline Moldenaur and Ardith Vine; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents, Glen Donald and Orah Campbell Eldred; brothers, Phillip and Arlo Eldred; and 2 great-grandchildren. Frank was a member of the Laborer's International Union Local 355. He enjoyed fishing and gardening. He welcomed anyone into his home with open arms. Most of all he loved time spent with his family. A memorial service for Frank will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 10th, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Comstock Chapel, 6121 King Highway, where friends may visit with the family from 1:00 PM until the time of services.
