Of Portage, Michigan Mrs. McLain passed away Monday evening, October 20, 2008 at Borgess Medical Center. She was born October 9, 1919 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of the late Harm and Jennie Bekken Zuidema. She was a longtime member of Bethany Reformed Church. Surviving are her husband, N.E. "Mac" McLain; and her daughter, Kelly Bruce Bradford of CA. Preceding her in death are her parents; 5 brothers; and 1 sister. Private graveside services will be in Portage South Cemetery. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Bethany Reformed Church or Kalamazoo Gospel Mission. Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Online condolences may be left at www.langelands.com .
