BAKOSH, Frances A.
Richland Frances Fay Bakosh, age 92 of Richland, died Thursday, November 8, 2007 at the Laurels of Galesburg. She was born in Chicago to parents who had emigrated from Poland. Frances attended public schools in Chicago. While living in Chicago, she married Michael Bakosh, who preceded her in death. Surviving are a daughter Judy Kazlauskis of Alameda, CA. Fay was a member of the Day Bible Ladies Missionary Society. She crocheted and knitted many articles for their missionary program. Her happy ways, loving spirit and delightful sense of humor will be missed by her pastor Wendell Wood and her church family. At her request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 18 at the Day Bible Church, 8502 N. 46th St. with Pastor Wendell Wood officiating. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Fay?s honor may be made to the American Heart Association or the Day Bible Church.
