Portage Died October 6, 2013 at age 72. Flora was born July 4, 1941 in Moulten, Alabama to the late James L. and Mattie I. Cowart Holliday. Flora was united in marriage to Raymond Smith, who preceded her in death in 2006. Flora is survived by her children, Brenda Stephenson, Sandra Samuel Mancino and Tammy Bill Dugan; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends friends on Thursday from 7-8:30 pm and again on Friday from 4-5 pm at Christian Assembly of God Church, 7835 Lovers Lane, Portage, where a memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm, Pastor Ted Mitchell officiating. Arrangements by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Ave. Donations may be made in Flora's name to the Kidney Foundation of Michigan, 260 Leonard Ave., NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504.
