Scotts, Michigan Died Sunday afternoon September 14, 2008 at her residence. Fern was born December 26, 1918 in Iron River, Michigan a daughter of Louis Polaski and Mary Rose Polaski Goffin. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was employed with Mastercraft Corporation for many years before retiring. She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters, Virginia, Bernice, and Ruth; and a brother, Orville. On April 21, 1942 she was united in marriage for 66 years to Charles L. Hart who survives. Also surviving, a niece, Candise Thomas Arnold of Spaulding, MI; a great-niece, Kim Mark Bradford of Kalamazoo; and several nieces and nephews.
