LASTER, F. Loree
Of Kalamazoo, Michigan Passed away Saturday April 26, 2008 at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence. Loree was born November 18, 1910, in Carroll County, Tennessee, the daughter of Elijah and Delila Rogers Pickler. She has been a Kalamazoo area resident the past 13 years and was a member of the 12th Street Baptist Church. Loree was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Henderson Laster in 1974; by her son, James "Jack" Laster and by her grandson, Ricky Laster. Surviving are her daughter, JoAnn Mannon of Portage; grandchildren, Gail Mark Setterlund, Danny Debbie Laster, Patsy Robert Price, Kenneth Mannon, Bobby Michelle Mannon and Loree Joe Babcock; 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6-8pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Following visitation, Loree will be taken to the Brummitt Funeral Home in McKenzie, TN, for services and burial.
