GOULD, Evelyn M.
Of Kalamazoo Died January 13, 2013 at the age of 93. She was born November 22, 1919 in Elkhart, IN to the late Charles and Verna Hogmire Noble. She was united in marriage to Russell Gould on May 16, 1941 who preceded her in death on March 14, 2003. Evelyn was an integral part of Gould Attorneys at Law for 30 years. She was also a member of the Beacon Club and the Elks Club for many years. She loved to fish as well as being an avid hunter. She loved to travel with her husband, spending winters in Las Vegas where she enjoyed the slot machines. She had many friends and loved to entertain them at her home. She especially loved dressing up on New Years Eve and going dancing. Evelyn leaves behind her children, Karyl Burton of Kalamazoo and Brenda Magierka of Paw Paw; 5 grandchildren, Jeff Rebecca Schroeder, Troy Michelle Schroeder, Tasha Thompson, Blair Thompson and Shane Shannon Thompson; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Also preceding Evelyn in death was her brother, Charles Noble; and son-in-law, Greg Magierka. Family will greet friends on Tuesday, January 15th from 5-7pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St., where a funeral service will take place on Wednesday, January 16th at 1:00. Burial will follow at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park South.
