Portage, MI Died Friday morning July 29, 2011. Emilia was born September 10, 1915 in Hawk Run, Pennsylvania a daughter of Jules and Julia Parent Lerminiaux. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident for 15 years and was employed with J. C. Penney?s before retiring. Emilia greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alfred A. Schuette on June 3, 2000; several brothers and sisters; and a grandson, Patrick Gallarno. Emilia is survived by 2 daughters, Lynda Gallarno of Jackson and Michele ?Micki? Dale Holder of Scotts; 2 grandchildren, Derek Naylor of Gobles and Theresa Charles Radecki of Concord, MI; 2 great-grandchildren, Aaron and Claire; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 12 o?clock Monday in the Sunset Gardens Section of Glen Eden Cemetery, 35667 West Eight Mile Road, Livonia, MI. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan or the St. Barnabas Episcopal Church. Arrangements were made by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E.
