Galesburg, formerly of Sault Ste. Marie Passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011 in Kalamazoo. She was born August 19, 1914 in Sault Ste. Marie, the daughter of John and Julia Buernies Holstrom, and was employed by the F. W. Woolworth Company for 25 years. Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald and brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Robert Panicek of Torrance, CA and Judy Ron Gervais of Galesburg; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at 10:00 AM, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 936 Lake St. Kalamazoo, with Msgr. Michael Hazard officiating. Interment will take place on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at 1:00 PM, in Riverside Cemetery, Sault Ste. Marie, MI. Kalamazoo arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S.
