Eleanor H. Pelton

PELTON, Mrs. Eleanor H. Galesburg, MI Died Sunday evening September 9, 2007. Eleanor was born August 26, 1921 in Leonidas, Michigan a daughter of Otto and Ethyl Castle Flagg. She had been a lifelong Kalamazoo and Galesburg resident and was a member of the Comstock V.F.W. Ladies Auxillary. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Karl A. Pfau on August 11, 1978; her second husband, Norman Pelton on December 11, 2002; and 3 brothers, Vaughn, Raymond, and William. She is survived by 2 sons, Thomas Sue-Mi Pfau of Portage and Frederick Janet Pfau of Schoolcraft; 3 grandchildren, Michelle, Valerie, and Douglas; 2 step grandchildren, Steve and Betsie; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 1 o?clock Saturday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Arthritis Foundation.
