Of Kalamazoo, MI Eleanor passed away early Friday morning, June 5, 2009 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. She was born July 9, 1916 in Kendall, MI, the daughter of Albert and Dora Otten. Preceding her in death were her husband, LeRoy Bargo in 1987; her parents; 4 brothers, Rex, Claude, Glenn, and Donald Otten; 1 sister, Arlene Leversee; and 1 granddaughter-in-law, Ruthanne Bargo. Surviving are her 2 children, Evelyn Richard Andrysiak Blain of Gobles, Roger Joan Bargo of Galesburg; 6 grandchildren, Colleen Scott Chaney of Lawton, Rick Cindy Blain of Fountain, Robb Jana Blain of Galesburg, Terry Bargo of Galesburg, Tina David Perkins of West Chicago, IL, and C. James Bargo of Galesburg; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Alberta Manning of Gobles, Frances Blanchard of Gobles, and Leta Witt of Portage; 1 brother, Raymond Karen Otten of Richland; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Eleanor will be at 2:30 PM on Monday tomorrow at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street, with Rev. James Dyke officiating, where friends may visit with the family from 1:00 PM until the time of services. Interment will follow in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
