of Portage Passed away Sunday, November 25, 2007 at his home in Portage. Earl was born December 11, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan to Earl T. Sr. and Ruth Zart Martin. He was united in marriage to Alice W. Westmaas on June 28, 1958 in Scranton, PA. Earl was very much a family man. He was known to be a gentle, faithful and loyal man to both family and friends. He was a Michigan State University Alumna. He also volunteered serving at the Kalamazoo Air Zoo. Surviving him are his; wife, Alice; children, Sarah Randall Moellenkamp Martin of Arlington Heights, IL, Rebecca Rieth of Wheaton, IL and Margaret Stan Martin-Naumoff also of Wheaton; 4 grandchildren, Madeline, Brent, Nicholas and Andrew; sister, Marion Spencer. He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 10:00 AM, at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Rosa Parks Chapel, 19975 Woodward Ave., Detroit. Arrangements are by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Ave., Portage.
