GIAMBRONE, Dr., Angelo J. Kalamazoo Passed away Monday, January 15, 2007. He was born November 11, 1916 in Chicago, the son of Frank and Madalena Cannettello Giambrone and had lived in Kalamazoo for over 40 years. Angelo was a Chiropractic Physician for 45 years and was a member of the Kalamazoo Free Methodist Church. He had served his country during WW II in the United States Army, was a Life Member of VFW Post 6252, Comstock, MI, member of the Michigan Chiropractic Society and a senior bowling league. On December 7, 1935 he married the former Kathryn Butcher, who preceded him in death on November 1, 2001. He was also preceded by his parents; a daughter, Kathryn Giambrone; 4 brothers, Jasper, Samual, Joseph and Frank Giambrone; 2 sisters, Mary Rice and Phyllis Thoman. Angelo is survived by his sons, James Alan Linda Giambrone and Michael Angelo Tammy Giambrone all of Kalamazoo; 3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Anthoney Giambrone of FL, and Samual Giambrone of Kalamazoo; 2 sisters, Angelina Sigro and Rose Cunningham both of Kalamazoo; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St., with Pastor Bruce Rhodes officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park with military honors provided by VFW Post 6252. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
