of Climax Passed away January 19, 2009 at Borgess Hospital. He was born December 17, 1966 in Battle Creek, to Jan and Nellie Lou Ashley Vosburg. First and foremost, Doug loved to spend time with his family. He was also an avid Detroit Tigers fan to all who knew him. Doug loved to read and he enjoyed the challenge of solving any kind of card game, word puzzle, or trivia question, especially one pertaining to his greatest passions: TV shows and movies. Also surviving Doug are his sisters, Laura Mark Marlowe of Galesburg, Eileen Vosburg of Climax; brothers, Timothy Karen Vosburg of Climax, Gregory Colleen Vosburg of Climax and Andrew Debbie Hitchings Vosburg of Scotts; and several nieces and nephews. Family will greet friends at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Climax Chapel, 205 E. Maple Street on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8:00PM. Funeral services will take place at Climax United Methodist Church on Saturday at 11:00AM, Pastor David G. Knapp, officiating. A private family interment will be held at Roof Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Lawrence Memorial Library in Climax or Kids Hope USA c/o Climax United Methodist Church.
