TERRY, Douglas Joe, Sr.
Portage, Michigan Doug passed away August 23, 2008. He was born March 1, 1952 in Kalamazoo, the son of Donald and Elizabeth Wiley Terry. A graduate of Nazareth College in Kalamazoo, Doug was employed by General Motors for 16 years until moving to Florida, where he resided for the past several years. Surviving are his mother, Elizabeth Terry of Portage; 3 children, Douglas Joe Terry, Jr., Jennifer Terry, and Amanda Terry; 4 step-sons, Jeff, Ritch, Rob, and John Harrison; 5 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Dorothy Bill Moyer of Mendon, and Beverly Terry Kays of Bradenton, FL; 1 brother, Donald D. Dawn Terry, II of Comstock; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his father, Donald D. Terry, Sr.; 1 brother, Edwin Terry; and 1 niece, Misty Waldon.
