Martin, Donna M.
of Portage, Michigan Passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the age of 68. She was born in Kalamazoo on September 8, 1944, the daughter of the late Robert Carl and Stephanie Stella Koloczyski Ouding. She was a Packaging Operator for Upjohn, retiring in 2000. She loved spending time with her family, traveling and gardening. She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Martin. They were united in marriage on April 23, 1965. She is also survived by two children, Robert Joseph Martin of Phoenix, AZ and Julie Lynn Jerry Walker of Galesburg; two grandchildren, Justin Walker and Hailey Martin; brothers and sisters, Tom Ouding of Kalamazoo, Darlene Brian Root of Schoolcraft, Richard Ouding of Comstock; her sister-in-law, Patricia Ouding of Three Rivers; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister, Robert Ouding, Stanley Ouding and Dorthea Stevens. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at the Langeland Family Funeral Home, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave., where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 3, 2013. Scott Burdick will officiate with interment in Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
