Kalamazoo, MI Don died Wednesday morning, October 7, 2009, in Kalamazoo, MI. He was born July 26, 1959, in Kalamazoo, MI, a son of Buzz J. and Paula L. Matyas Milbeck and had been a lifelong area resident. Don attended Third Reformed Church. He was well known in the community and loved everyone he met. Don will be missed by all who knew him. Don is survived by: his parents, Buzz and Paula Milbeck of Kalamazoo; two brothers, Richard Rose Milbeck of Kalamazoo and Robert Dena Milbeck of Portage; six nieces and nephews, Brandon, Cassie, Justin, Erica, Jason and Alyssa Milbeck; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11:00 Monday morning in the chapel of Third Reformed Church, 2345 North 10th St., with Rev. Dar Vander Wal, officiating. Don's family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Don's family would like to thank the staff at Borgess ICU - 7th Floor for their compassionate care. Memorials should be directed to Third Reformed Church for a special memorial fund in Don's memory or to the Kalamazoo Humane Society.
