Brooklyn, MI On April 29, 2009 Dona passed away peacefully under the loving care of her family, Great Lakes Hospice of Jackson and Rose Arbor Hospice of Kalamazoo. She was born January 19, 1933 in West Point, Iowa, a daughter of Vincent J. and Mila Welch Weisbruch and moved to Wampler's Lake when she was 10 years old. In March of 1954, she married Jack Anglemyre, who preceded her in death in October of 1999. She was also preceded by her parents. Dona is survived by her son, Christopher Lori Anglemyre of Houston, TX; her daughter, Amy William Brennan of Kalamazoo; grandchildren, Christina, Allie, Erica, Jessie and Maddie; a great grandson, Caleb; her brother, Stan Rae Weisbruch, of Kerrville, TX; a sister, Joan Jud Austin of Brooklyn, MI; along with several nieces and nephews. Dona dearly loved her family, friends, her dog, Max, the birds, the "Lake", her flower gardens, golf and fishing. She was truly one of a kind and we will miss her forever. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, May 4 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's Shrine in the Irish Hills, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. A luncheon will follow the service, in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to West Michigan Cancer Center, 200 N. Park St., Kalamazoo, MI 49007.
