Diane Loraine Espinoza, 75, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 24, 2024. Diane was born in Aurora, Illinois, on January 31, 1949, to Edna and Arthur Stierle. She was raised in Aurora, Illinois, where she attended East Aurora High School and graduated in 1967. In 1978, she met her life partner, Gene, who she loved very much. Together they raised six kids. Diane was a huge Packers fan. Her grandchildren loved watching the games with her. Spending time with her grandchildren made her day. She really enjoyed when her kids would come to visit, especially around the holidays. She loved decorating and often rushed to get decorations up before the neighbors. Diane loved her job at The Red Roof Inn, where she worked for the last 24 years until her passing. She enjoyed socializing with her co-workers. 

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Edna and Arthur Stierle; sister, Eileen Kramer; brothers, Lomen Stierle and Ken Stierle; grandson, “Teddy” Charleston. She is survived by her life partner, Lawson Gene Gladney; her children, Michael (Barb) Espinoza, Angela Espinoza, Brandi Espinoza, DeNa Gladney, Travis Espinoza, Shona Espinoza, Robert Espinoza, and Rodney Espinoza; grandchildren, Rondre Graham, Shaquona Espinoza, Tyarra (Tee) Espinoza, Mataya Williams, Syncere Espinoza, Brianna Espinoza, Oren Espinoza, Ryan Espinoza, JeNa Gladney, D’Andre Gladney, Dontae Cielak, Dustin Schmidt, Justyce Snow, and Laila Sturrerby; great-grandchildren, August Espinoza, Dante Graham, and Zane Mykel; sister, Jackie Moore; brother, James Stierle; and a host of nieces and nephews.
