Of Kalamazoo Passed away Saturday evening, April 9, 2011. Dennis was born April 14, 1943 in Detroit, MI the son of Frank and Doris Gerry McMann. He was a veteran serving in U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Dennis was a handyman and jack of all trades spending most of his life as a roofer. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and gardening. He is survived by his wife, Gail; 4 children, Matthew Amy McMann, Jason Mandy McMann, Jennifer McMann, Dennis Kyra McMann; 16 grandchildren; brothers and sister, Michael Barbara McMann, Margaret Cantello, Donald Ginnell McMann; special nephew, Kevin Wade McMann; his companion, Victoria Stroud; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 Thursday at Ft. Custer National Cemetery with full military honors meet in assembly area at 10:50. Friends may meet the family Wednesday from 5-8pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick. Memorials may be directed to Paralyzed Veterans of America.
