Scotts Passed away Sunday, August 1, 2010. Denise was born December 12, 1954 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of James M. and Barbara J. Deurloo Kissinger. She had worked for the Upjohn Company for several years. She was preceded in death by her father, James M. Kissinger; grandparents, August & Clara Deurloo and Merle Kissinger. Denise is survived by her daughters, Amy Longman and Ashley Simon, both of Portage; her mother, Barbara Kissinger and her step-father, Bill Conley; her 4 grandsons, Amos III, Anthony, Addison and Aris; her grandmother, Helen Kissinger of Galesburg and her brother Mike Kissinger of Kalamazoo; 3 nephews, many cousins, aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3026 S. 9th St. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7 PM.
