TELFER, Delores J.
of Galesburg, MI Delores went to be with the Lord on May 3, 2011 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. She was born August 17, 1942 in Niles, Michigan, the daughter of Walter E. Wilson and Marguerite Ruth Burrma Wilson-Lambeck. She was a 1960 graduate of Galesburg-Augusta High School and attended Glen Oaks Community College. She worked as an accountant for 15 year at Gull Lake Country Club and 19 Years for United Kennel Club Inc., retiring in December 2007. She was united in marriage to Ronald L. Telfer, May 11, 1962 who survives. Also surviving are three children and their spouses, Koni Ken Maat of Slidell LA, Rebecca Bob May of Galesburg, MI, and Daniel Heidi Telfer of Lansing, MI, seven grandchildren: Mary Beth Maat Illg, Jonathan Maat, Jedidiah Maat, Jeremiah Maat, Alicia Rininger, Ethan Rininger and Madeleine Telfer, three sisters: Lynn Bresson and Margie Coleman of Galesburg, MI, Doris Reynolds, Vicksburg, MI.: and two brothers Keith Wilson of Kalamazoo, MI and Dorman Wilson of North Pole, AK. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Delores will be held on Monday, May 9 at 10 a.m. at the Covenant Church. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor John Kepler officiating. Private interment will be at Roof Cemetery, Climax, MI at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Covenant Church or Rose Arbor Hospice residence. Arrangements by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Galesburg Chapel, 145 W.
