of Kalamazoo Passed away January 31, 2009 at Borgess Hospital. She was born May 23, 1924 in Muskegon, to the late Andrew and Clara Poel Doorn. Delores was united in marriage on February 14, 1947, to William J Koetje, who survives. She was a member of Milwood Christian Reformed Church. Also surviving Delores are her children, Ronald Dorothy Koetje of Kalamazoo and Mary Keith Sipsma of Mattawan; four grandchildren, Wendy Jason Becker, James Heather Sipsma, Todd Ashley Koetje and Sarah Sipsma; great grandchildren, Carter Heerema, Aidan Becker, Wyatt Becker, Preston Koetje and Natalie Sipsma; several brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gerard Doorn. The family will greet friends on Tuesday from 3-5 and 6-8:00pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th Street. Funeral services will take place Wednesday, 10:30am at Milwood Christian Reformed Church, 3306 Lovers Lane, Rev. James Sipsma, officiating.
