Vicksburg, Michigan Passed away March 7, 2008 at Battle Creek Health Systems. David was born November 21, 1928 in Kalamazoo, MI, the son of Benjamin and Mildred Orr Neidlinger and was a lifelong area resident. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. David was employed for 27 years at the Upjohn Company until his retirement in 1987. Surviving are a daughter Suann Good of Kalamazoo, David D. Jill Neidlinger of Vicksburg and Lee Janie Neidlinger of Richland; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Janet Mauer of Maryland, Ruthanne Hybel of Parchment and a brother Phillip Neidlinger of Missouri; nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Galesburg Chapel, 145 W. Battle Creek St. with the Rev. Jim Dyke officiating. Interment with military honors in Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Friends may meet the family on Tuesday from 4-8 pm at the Galesburg Chapel. Memorial contributions in David's memory may be made to Rose Arbor Hospice Residence or the American Heart Association.
