David A. Grigg

GRIGG, Mr. David A. Portage, MI Died Friday morning November 11, 2011 at his residence. David was born July 16, 1943 in Tecumseh, Michigan a son of Robert and Anna Soncrant Grigg. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident for 35 years and was employed with Borgess Hospital for 28 years, retiring in 2005. David was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Shaun M. Grigg on July 15, 2000. On June 18, 1971, he was united in marriage to Sheila A. Guinn Grigg who survives. Also surviving, 3 children, Cassandra Grigg of Portage, David Grigg of Grand Rapids, and Robert Grigg of Galesburg; 8 grandchildren; a sister, Donna John Snay of Tipton, MI; and several cousins. Services celebrating David's life will be held 11 o'clock Wednesday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm Tuesday. Interment will be in South Portage Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the S.P.C.A.
