Died Thursday afternoon March 5, 2020. David was born October 17, 1942 in Clinton, Indiana a son of Curtis and Mary (Rupert) Falls. During the Vietnam War, he served with the U.S. Army. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of his life and was employed with Walmart for 12 years before retiring. David was also a member of the Comstock VFW Post 6252. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dolly (Sinkler) Falls; a brother; and 4 sisters. David is survived by a daughter, Beverly (John) Beck of Kalamazoo; 4 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Private services and burial will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to the SID Foundation or to the Comstock V.F.W. Post #6252.
