ROWLSON, Darlene Jane
Of Vicksburg Passed away Wednesday morning, February 11, 2009. Darlene was born July 10, 1942 the daughter of Dale Sr. and Barbara Myers Davis. She earned a Master's Degree in Education from Western Michigan University and spent several years teaching before starting a family. She later did volunteer work with the Sunset Lake Elementary School in Vicksburg. On June 27, 1964 she was united in marriage to her husband, Ralph Rowlson who survives. Also surviving are 3 children, Renae Jim Jaryszak, Ronda Kevin Krebs, Randy Michelle Rowlson; 6 grandchildren; her mother, Barbara Davis; brothers, Dale Jr. Rita Davis, Ron Debbie Davis; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering for family and friends will be Monday, February 16, from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre. Memorials may be directed to the West Michigan Cancer Center. www.langelands.com
