Kalamazoo Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 11, 2007. Dale was born October 28, 1945 in Watseka, IL the son of William and Wilma Center Tuttle. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Illinois and had graduated from the University of Illinois. He owned and operated Tuttle?s IGA Grocery Store in Milford, was a Captain of the volunteer Fire Department, and was active in many volunteer projects there. He and his wife, Linda, moved to the Kalamazoo area 18 years ago and he was employed by Lowe?s for the past 8 years as an Operations Manager. He was also a private pilot and owned his own plane. Dale and his sons, Brent and Brandon, were actively refurbishing a house. Dale was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Brent Tuttle on October 24, 2007 and a second son, Aaron Devereaux on October 12, 2006. He is survived by his wife, the former Linda Lansdowne of Kalamazoo; his children, Matthew Emily Tuttle of Cissna Park, IL; Brandon Devereaux of Kalamazoo; and Chad Devereaux of Charlotte, NC; a grandson, Ethan Matthew Tuttle; two sisters, Arlene Richard Webb and Linda Eldon Faupel all of IL; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Dale will be conducted on Thursday at 3:00 PM in the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th Street with Pastor Dan Minor officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 1:00 PM until service time. Memorial contributions may be directed to Habitat for Humanity. www.langelands.com 343-1508
