Galesburg, Michigan Passed away July 22, 2008 at Borgess Hospital. Dale was born January 27, 1949 in Kalamazoo, MI, the son of Cornelius and Winifred Amey Nedervelt and was a lifelong Kalamazoo resident. Dale attended Western Michigan University and later was employed at Kalamazoo College. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother David Nedervelt. Surviving are a sister Helen Nedervelt of Galesburg and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 o'clock Saturday, August 2 at the Laurels of Galesburg Nursing Home, 1080 N. 35th St. with the Rev. Sydney Hawthorne officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dale's memory may be made the Laurels of Galesburg. Arrangements by Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. 343-1508
