Dale Gervaise Finn

Dale Gervaise (Crayne) Finn of Kalamazoo, Michigan, peacefully passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 95. Dale was born in Chicago, Illinois, on October 4, 1928, to John Crayne and Gervaise (Strom) Crayne/Lillich. Her youth and much of her early adulthood was spent in Chicago and that will be her final resting place.

Dale worked in accounting departments at several State of Michigan agencies and retired from there. She loved volunteering at community theatre, calligraphy, art projects, and especially travel adventures that took her around the US and the world. She had a lively personality and was known for her sense of humor.

Dale is survived by her brother, Robert Crayne, as well as her children, Deb Killarney, Lauren Beresford-Treuhaft, Robert Beresford, and Kevin Finn, along with their significant others. She will also be fondly remembered by eight grandchildren and two great-grandsons.

Dale was preceded in death by her parents, her Aunt Elinor and Uncle Chet, and two cousins, Jack and Betty.
