Of Kalamazoo Cindi passed away late Thursday evening, June 18, 2009 with her husband, family and friends by her side. She was born June 21, 1967 in Orlando, FL. More than anything she enjoyed cooking for the family as well as doing crafts, scrapbooking, decorating, and reading. On January 11, 1997, she was united in marriage to Robert N. Sturgis, who survives. Also surviving are her children, Toni Michael Wyatt Haywood, Patrick Middleton, Tana Wes Harmon, and Kevin Middleton; 5 grandchildren, Camren, Brent, Mia, Aliyah, and Robbie; father, Duane Kay Haywood; mother, Corrine Martin Lamb; step-children, Robert "Bobby" III Lisa Sturgis, Ryan Sturgis, and Heather Kelly; 2 brothers, Douglas Mary Haywood and Chase Becky Lamb of; sister, Traci Matt Reigle Haywood; 3 step-brothers, Sean Kidd, Randy Allen, and Bob Allen; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services for Cindi will be at 4:00 PM on Wednesday at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street. Friends may visit with the family from 11 AM until the time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home. Private interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
