Parchment, MI Cindy went home to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Saturday morning June 6, 2009. Cindy was born March 13, 1951 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a daughter of Richard and Gertrude Vander Molen Nap. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was employed with the Upjohn-Pfizer Company for 20 years before retiring. She was also a member of the former First Reformed Church and most recently attended Christian Life Center. Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Rick" Daoust in 1999. She is survived by her parents; a brother, Phil Nap of San Diego, CA; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and special friends, Cindy Mertin, Sue Bronner, and Bill Bothwell. Private services and burial will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to the West Michigan Cancer Center.
