HARRIS, Mr. Clarence A. "Butch"
Kalamazoo, MI Died Friday morning July 29, 2011 at his residence. Clarence was born December 24, 1941 in Benton Harbor, Michigan a son of Richard and Lila Lietz Harris. He had been a recent Kalamazoo area resident and was employed by many trucking firms including Packers Food Express and Motycka Trucking Company before retiring in 2004. Clarence was also a member of the Paw Paw Eagles #4310; and the Allegan/Paw Paw Elks. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a great-grandson, Christian Stroba. On February 11, 1995, he was united in marriage to Ann E. Hedges Harris who survives. Also surviving, 4 children, Barbie Stuart Thurlow of Coloma, Kevin Beth Harris of Harbor Springs, MI, Rhonda Danny Quinn of Ashley, OH, and Rashonda Harris of Kalamazoo; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial services were held Monday, August 1st at the Paw Paw Eagles, 63237 M-40. Private burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan or the Kalamazoo Animal Rescue. Arrangements were made by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S.
