Clair D. Cleland, III

CLELAND, Clair D. II Vicksburg Passed away Monday, April 9, 2007 in Kalamazoo. He was born January 15, 1944 in Kalamazoo the son of Clair De Vern, Sr. and Catherine Kelley Cleland and had been a lifelong resident of the area. He had worked for Checker Motors for over 20 years. Clair was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Clair D. Cleland, III. He is survived by his sons, Kenny Cleland and Tommy Cleland both of Kalamazoo and Daniel Cleland of Grand Rapids; 4 grandchildren; two brothers, Bruce Cleland and Ernie Cleland both of Kalamazoo; a sister, Pat Kaylee of White Pigeon; nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday in the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 1747 W. Milham Road with Rev. Aaron Sorrels officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday, beginning at 12:00 Noon.
