Charles E. Fross, Sr

FROSS, Mr. Charles E., Sr. Hickory Corners, MI Died Wednesday afternoon November 1, 2006. Charles was born May 31, 1922 in Toledo, Ohio a son of William and Vivian Baughman Fross. During WWII, he served with the U.S. Army. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of his life and was employed with Borgess Hospital before retiring. He was a member of Comstock Church of Christ and enjoyed traveling and camping. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Bill Fross in 1976; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers. On April 15, 1944, he was united in marriage to Opal ?Louise? Montgomery Fross who survives. Also surviving, 4 children, Linda Don Way of Hickory Corners, MI, Charles Fross, Jr. of Kalamazoo, Vicky Randy Pollard and Sandy Steve Schuyler all of Galesburg; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Maxine Ferrell of Wooster, OH; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 1 o?clock Monday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm Sunday. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Comstock Church of Christ.
