Of Kalamazoo Our loving sister and good friend passed away Thursday morning, August 12, 2010. Cathy was born in Kalamazoo on March 30, 1950 to Kenneth and Glennie Liles Rogers. Preceding her in death were her parents; sister, Denise Lovely; and companion, Michael Stone. Surviving are her son, Michael Heather Stone of Kalamazoo; two granddaughters, Samantha and Alexandria; and brother, Ken Rogers of Colorado. Cathy is remembered by family and friends as a tender and loving woman who was always there with a smile and a helping hand. She will be greatly missed by all. A Special Thank You goes out to Milo and Janine Scott and Dawn Olivares for all their support in helping Cathy spend her last few weeks back in Kalamazoo where she was able to reconnect with family and friends before her passing. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 11th at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 9420 Portage Road, Portage, MI. 269 327-6565.
