Carolyn J. DeVries

DEVRIES, Carolyn J. Carolyn Jacoba DeVries was born October 5, 2007, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Andy and Sonya Remijn DeVries and passed away September 3, 2012 in Kalamazoo. She was preceded in death by a brother, Alex Henry DeVries in 2003. suviving are her parents, Andy and Sonya DeVries of Kalamazoo; sisters and brothers, Rachel Everdina, Andrea Sue, Jonathan Willem, Samuel Lee and Marianne Wilma DeVries all of Kalamazoo; grandparents, Henry and Sue DeVries of Kalamazoo and Bert and Willy Remijn of Coopersville; great-grandmother, Wilma DeVries of Kalamazoo and many aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Thursday, September 6th at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, September 7th at the Netherlands Reformed Congregation 108 Pratt Rd. with Rev. G. J. Baan officiating. Interment will follow in Texas Township Hope Cemetery. Memorials in Carolyn's memory may be directed to the Providence Christian School or Hospice Care of SW Michigan.
