Of Parchment, MI Passed away Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009. Born May 20, 1933 in Detroit to Carl and Mildred McLaughlin. A veteran of the US Navy, Carl was an over 50 year member of Pipefitters Union Local 636. Surviving are wife, Roberta "Marge" Clarke McLaughlin; 7 children, Debbie Rodney Underwood, Carl McLaughlin III, Marie Jim Kenny, Kevin Kim McLaughlin, Tessie Tim Lundgren, Pamela Richard Enslen, and Michael Candace Chapman; and numerous grand and great-grandchildren. Private memorial services were held at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Kalamazoo. Online condolences may be left at www.langelands.com .
