RIGGINS, Brian Lee, Jr.
Of Mattawan Passed away Friday evening, July 20, 2007. Brian was born April 2, 1990 in Kalamazoo the son of Brian Riggins, Sr. and the former Anna Lindsay. Brian was a student at Mattawan High School in the class of 2008; was an avid fisherman; had a love for the outdoors; and all animals. Brian is survived by his father and step-mother, Brian Sr. and Rene` Riggins; his mother, Anna Buchanan; grandparents, Pete Lillian Riggins, Cheryl Jacobs, Pamela Decker, Jeffrey Jean Decker; 4 great-grandparents, Eugene Lucille Riggins, Wayne Decker, Beverly Vinyard; a sister, Veronica Riggins; step-brother, Daniel Harding; 4 other step-brothers; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A service to celebrate Brian?s life will be held 11:00 o?clock Thursday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street with Pastor Thomas Pace officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Lawton. Friends may meet the family Tuesday from 6-8pm and Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Westside Chapel. Memorials may be directed to the Kalamazoo Humane Society or the charity of your choice.
