SCHULTES, Mrs. Bonnie J.
of Kalamazoo, Michigan Died Tuesday morning May 8, 2012. Bonnie was born June 29, 1942 in Battle Creek, Michigan a daughter of Hal and Forestine Hardy Hoover and was raised by Norris and Forestine Hughes. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was employed with the Kalamazoo Regional Psychiatric Hospital for 20 years, retiring in 1989. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents. On May 15, 1965, she was united in marriage to Kenneth "Gene" Schultes who survives. Also surviving, 3 children, Vincent Joan Schultes of Holland, MI, and Jeanine Jon Potgiesser and Lynette Schultes all of Kalamazoo; 3 grandchildren, Michael, Clairece, and Katherine Schultes; 3 sisters, Terri, Karen, and Susan; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Private services and burial will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. Arrangements were made by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St.
