Billie E. Marble

MARBLE, Billie E. Kalamazoo Passed away at his home on Sunday, December 24, 2006. Bill was born in Rittman, OH on March 24, 1924, the son of Vincent and Vesta Marble. Bill served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He owned and operated Marble Printing Machinery Service Company in Kalamazoo. On June 11, 1948, he married Evelyn P. Butcher, who preceded him in death in March 2004. Bill is survived by his sons, Steven Linda Marble and Donald Karen Marble; grandchildren, Jennifer Jason Blake, Andrew Lewis, Stephanie and Kimberly Marble and great-granddaughters Alexiea Blake and Alyssa Lewis. He was preceded in death by a brother Myron in 1950. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. Private committal will be in Ft. Custer National Cemetery.
