Bill Grimm died on Saturday, April 6, 2019 in Kalamazoo, MI. He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of Evert and Florence (Taylor) Grimm. Bill served in the US Army during WWII. He loved playing cards, going to the casino, playing bingo and watching old movies. He enjoyed talking about his past with family. Family was everything to Bill and he always wanted his grandchildren around. He made jewelry for his family and close friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; two children, William L. Grimm, Jr. and Mary Ann Grimm; a sister, Mary McKedus; and two step-sons, Albert Nichols and Norman Nichols. He is survived by two step-daughters, Dawn Nichols and Clarene Nichols; his ex-wife, Martha Grimm; Martha's daughters, Carol Wager, Janet Castillo-Wager and Melissa Wager; and four grandchildren, Juan-Thomas Wager, Shaquan Wager, Jamaeza Castillo-Wager and Maeleesa Wager. Visitation will be held from 11am to 2pm on Saturday, April 13th at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street.
