of Kalamazoo, MI Passed away October 25, 2009 at Borgess Hospital. She was born February 5, 1947 in Kalamazoo, to the late Joe and Betty Peebles Stone. On August 21, 1970, she was united in marriage to Wayne G. Henson in Kalamazoo, who preceded her in death in December of 2006. Betty was employed with First Community Federal Credit Union for over 20 years, as an administrator. Betty enjoyed genealogy, scrapbooking, sewing and baking. Surviving Betty are, her son, Todd Rachel Henson of Arizona ; step-daughters, Julie Mike Casey of Kalamazoo and Joy Bob Cox of Parchment; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Bill Kathy Stone; sisters, Maggie George Paynich, Marilyn Stone and Brenda Mendez; and several nieces and nephews. Also preceding her in death was a brother, Jim Stone. No visitation is scheduled. A private graveside service will be held at MT Ever-Rest Cemetery.
