KINSEY, Beatrice I.
Of Texas Township, Michigan Passed away Wednesday evening, April 29, 2009. Beatrice was born November 24, 1926 in Otsego, MI the daughter of Fred and Effie Minegar Gile. Beatrice was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was very devoted to her family and her little Scottie dog "Sam". She enjoyed time spent with her family whether it was going for a Sunday ride, a picnic with her homemade fried chicken, potato salad, and pies; or a family trip. Bea was always ready to go. Beatrice was proud to be a homemaker and kept a beautiful and loving home for her family. On January 19, 1945 she was united in marriage to her loving husband Russell, who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters, Carol Stanley Hardy, Kathleen Mark Rafferty; 3 grandchildren, Jennifer Brian Tindle, Angela Bill Krueger, Matthew Rafferty; 2 great-grandchildren, Jack Tindle and Will Krueger; a sister, Maxine Leighton Sage; and several nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Beatrice's life will be held 11:00 o'clock Saturday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street with Rev. Jim Dyke officiating. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Private interment will be held at a later date in Hope Cemetery.
