Died Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in Kalamazoo, MI. She was 83. Barbara is the daughter of Charles and Beatrice Finely (both deceased) and is survived by her sister, Mary Suzanne Wilson of Las Vegas, NV; a nephew, Chuck Wilson and wife, Sue, of Moscow, ID; nieces Anne Sei and husband, Michael, of Albuquerque, NM; and Elizabeth Baldizan and husband, Ricardo, of Henderson, NV. No services will be held. A lifelong resident of Kalamazoo, Barbara worked for the City of Kalamazoo for 27 years. She was a gentle soul who treasured her friends and family. Interment will be at Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
