Barbara J. Ellis

ELLIS, Barbara J. Topp-Bennett Kalamazoo Mrs. Ellis passed away early Wednesday morning, April 4, 2007 at Upjohn Community Nursing Home. She was born February 5, 1929 in Decatur, MI, one of nine children to William and Lina Grofvert Topp. Barbara was a member of Kalamazoo South Congregation of Jehovah?s Witness. Surviving are her four sons, Allen Amanda Bennett, R. Avery Bennett, Jr., Robert Julie Bennett and David Bennett; five grandchildren; one sister, Donna Cole; two brothers, E. Robert, and William Topp; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services for Mrs. Ellis will be at 3:00 PM on Monday at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street. Private interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be directed to South Congregation of Jehovah?s Witness.
