Barbara Jean Albert

Passed away Monday, December 18, 2023. Barbara was born on March 20, 1940, in Kalamazoo, Michigan to the late Donald and Barbara (Westdorp) Limbach. After graduating from high school, Barbara married the love of her life, Eugene Albert, who she spent many loving years with, until his passing in 2022. Barbara and Eugene went on to have two children, Michael Albert, and Terri MacDonald. During her working years, Barbara worked with a few different companies but spent the majority of her career in retail at the Hallmark Store. In addition to her job and responsibilities as a mother, her and Gene served as foster parents for years. She also enjoyed reading, crafts, and traveling with her husband.

Surviving Barbara are her children; grandchildren, Brook and Camryn of Marshfield, MA; Ben, Lily, Sophie, and Liam of Plymouth, MA; and sister, Carol (Scott) Klink. She is preceded in passing by her parents, husband, and Baby Jake.

There will not be any services to announce at this time. Barbara and Eugene will be united at Fort Custer National Cemetery at a later date.
