Artis V. Wolf

WOLF, Artis V. Of Grove, OK Formerly of Kalamazoo Passed away Sunday January 21, 2007 in Tulsa, OK. Artis was born July 12, 1913 in Philadelphia, PA the son of Paul and Emily Roscher Wolf. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army during World War II. Prior to his retirement he was self employed as a cabinet maker and formica fabricator. Artis was a sportsman and enjoyed fishing and hunting. On April 14, 1939 he was united in marriage to the former Katherine Roll who preceded him in death on March 20, 1987. He was also preceded in death by his twin brother, Cletus; and 5 other brothers and sisters. He is survived by his son, Russell and his wife Becky Wolf; and 2 grandchildren, Michael Wolf and Dr. Jennifer Wolf-Bradford and her husband Scott. Services will be held 1:00 o?clock Friday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick with Rev. Jim Dyke officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service on Friday. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
